We aim to keep information accurate and up to date. Dates, programmes and conditions may change; the version confirmed in writing in each proposal or registration prevails.
Proposals and contracting
Consulting, training and event services are contracted through a specific proposal, with scope, deadlines and payment terms agreed between the parties.
Programme and event registrations
Each programme or event has its own registration, payment, change and cancellation conditions, communicated at the time of registration.
Confidentiality
Information shared by clients within a project is treated as confidential and used only to deliver that project.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cape Verde.
